INJURY CLAIMS - Contingent Fee
Consultations for personal injury claims are free. If we provide representation for a personal injury matter, the fees will be contingent. That means that there will be no attorney fees unless we are successful in obtaining money for you. The fees will be a percentage of the money we can recover for you.
If we have expended costs in the process of representing you for your claim, costs will be separate from attorneys fees. In certain cases we may advance costs, and wait to be paid from any settlement proceeds or jury verdict. All contingent fee arrangements will be in writing signed by both attorney and client.

Some telephone consultations with our office regarding Immigration Matters may require a consultation fee. We will inform you of this before we charge any such fee. If, after you first call us, we inform you that we will require a consultation fee, you may pay the fee, securely, through Paypal, by following the Consultation Fee payment link below.

Fee PaymentBy making a payment in the amount of $75.00, Walker & Kang, LLC agree to provide up to 1/2 hour of telephone consultation. It is understood and agreed that the service provided by Walker & Kang, LLC and its attorneys for this payment will be limited to a consultation only, and that any further representation by Walker & Kang LLC or its attorneys will require a separate written retainer agreement.
