Brian A. Catherine C. Kang - Ms. Kang has been representing individuals, businesses and religious organizations in various immigration matters since 1996.  Her immigration practice areas include H-1B,PERM, investor visas, employment based and family based petitions, religious workers visas, adoptions, and citizenship matters.  Having immigrated to the U. S. at the age of eleven (11) from South Korea, Ms. Kang is considered a "1.5 generation" of immigrants who have keen understanding of both cultures and the needs of new immigrants.
